Suspected mud tubes
Subterranean termites can build mud tubes along routes between soil and wood. Note the location of any suspected tubes around the foundation or other accessible areas. Leave the evidence in place for inspection.

experience
“Orange Mango did a great job at our house in Jefferson City. Super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and we’ve had way fewer bugs since the service.”
Signs worth reporting
Tell us what you noticed, where it appeared, and when you first saw it. A photograph can start the conversation; an inspection helps determine what the evidence means.

Termite swarmers can be confused with winged ants. Share a clear photograph if practical and tell us whether the insects or discarded wings appeared inside or outside.
Damaged material alone does not establish the cause. Tell us about the affected area, nearby moisture, and any insect activity so we can evaluate the accessible evidence.

Our termite-control approach
Our termite service uses a professional baiting and monitoring system. It is separate from TriBand’s general household-pest applications, even when both services are part of the same Mango plan.
We explain findings, access limitations, and proposed coverage before you choose a service.
How TriBand household-pest service differs ↗We review your observations, previous treatment records, and relevant accessible foundation and structural areas. Concealed or obstructed spaces limit what can be established; an inaccessible area should not be assumed clear.
The proposal identifies included structures, access needs, and service terms. We determine suitable exterior station locations for the property and selected professional system, then install according to applicable requirements.
Stations receive ongoing professional attention under the system’s requirements and your agreed program. The termite-monitoring schedule is confirmed separately from general pest visits. Report new suspected activity so we can discuss the next step.
Before and after your inspection
Give us the property address and identify every building involved, including detached garages or other structures. Tell us about gates, paving, or planned work that could affect access.
Share the existing agreement and station information before changing arrangements. Another company’s installation or coverage does not automatically transfer to a new program.
Where termite protection fits
Mango Core does not include termites. Mango Plus adds termite baiting and monitoring to Core-level coverage. Mango Max includes the same termite protection and adds seasonal mosquito service.

PESTS + TERMITE PROTECTION
Starting at$79/mo*

PESTS, TERMITES & SEASONAL MOSQUITOES
Starting at$109/mo*
*Starting prices apply to qualifying homes. Final pricing, initial service charges, included structures, covered pests, and terms are confirmed after inspection. All plans include interior and exterior rodent baiting; trapping, removal, exclusion, and repairs are separate.
Plans are billed monthly; scheduled general pest visits occur every two months. Termite monitoring follows the agreed termite program, and Mango Max mosquito service follows a seasonal schedule. Confirm monitoring, follow-up, renewal terms, and exclusions before enrolling. An NPMA-33 report is a separate paid service.
Termite control questions
Evaluations for suspected termite activity are free. Tell us what you found and where; you do not need to be certain it is termites. A real-estate WDI inspection or NPMA-33 report is a separate paid service. Request WDI inspection and reporting if a purchase, sale, or reporting requirement is involved.
Mango Plus starts at $79 per month for qualifying homes and includes termite baiting and monitoring with Core-level household-pest coverage. Mango Max starts at $109 per month and adds seasonal mosquito service. The $49 Mango Core plan does not include termites. Final pricing, initial service charges, covered structures, and terms are confirmed after inspection.
Yes. Tell us you want to discuss ongoing termite protection and share any previous treatment information. We evaluate the property and explain whether baiting and monitoring are appropriate, what the proposed coverage includes and the service terms.
No. Damaged material alone does not identify its cause. Report its location and any associated insect activity, and keep relevant photographs or prior reports available. Orange Mango evaluates accessible evidence before discussing a termite-service recommendation.
The monitoring and servicing schedule depends on the selected professional system and your agreed termite program. We confirm those arrangements before enrollment. Monthly billing and general household-pest visits every two months do not define the termite-monitoring schedule.
Contact Orange Mango when you notice new suspected evidence. Explain where it appeared and whether anything changed around the property. We can discuss the appropriate follow-up under your service scope rather than leave the concern unreported until a later visit.
No termite program can promise that termites will never reach a structure or that station installation produces immediate results. Baiting and monitoring are ongoing services. Do not assume structural repairs or a termite damage warranty are included; your agreement defines coverage, exclusions, and responsibilities.
