Pest control services in Columbia, MO
A kitchen concern, activity near the garage, and mosquitoes around the patio call for different conversations. Start with where you’re seeing pests; we’ll help you choose one-time treatment or recurring protection.
Ants, spiders & other pests
Tell us which rooms, entryways, or exterior areas are affected. Recurring protection includes TriBand exterior treatments, spider web removal, and interior service as needed within the agreed scope.
Share where you found suspected tubes, discarded wings, or damage, along with any previous treatment records. We offer free suspected-termite inspections and protection through baiting and ongoing monitoring.
For a Columbia real-estate transaction, request a paid WDI inspection with an NPMA-33 report. Include the closing deadline and access contact so we can confirm availability and the reporting fee.
Report sightings or signs inside the home, around the foundation, in the garage, or in outbuildings. Every Mango plan includes interior and exterior rodent baiting. Trapping, removal, exclusion, and repairs are outside that coverage.
Point out the patio, play area, or other outdoor spaces you want evaluated. We discuss suitable treatment areas and breeding-site recommendations. Mosquito visits follow a separate seasonal schedule.
For an occupied rental or business, identify the affected rooms or units and who coordinates access. We define the service areas, preparation, and communication before quoting the work.

“Orange Mango did a great job at our house in Jefferson City. Super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and we’ve had way fewer bugs since the service. We ended up signing up for their Mango Core plan and have been really happy with it so far. Would definitely recommend them.”

Columbia, MO pest control FAQs
Can you inspect a Columbia home before I move in?
Contact us with the address, move-in date, and the person arranging access. Tell us whether the home will be vacant and about any pest activity reported by the seller, landlord, or previous occupant. We’ll discuss the appropriate inspection and confirm availability before an appointment is booked.
How much does pest control cost in Columbia?
Residential plans start at $49 per month for Mango Core, $79 for Mango Plus, and $109 for Mango Max for qualifying homes. Plans are billed monthly, with general pest visits every two months. Final pricing and initial service charges are confirmed after inspection.
What if I think I found termites?
Tell us where you found the signs and whether the area is accessible. Orange Mango offers free inspections for suspected termite activity in Columbia, even if you’re unsure what you found. Termite protection uses baiting and ongoing monitoring. A real-estate WDI inspection and report is a separate paid service.
What do you need for a WDI report before closing?
Send the Columbia property address, closing deadline, access contact, and any report requirements provided by your lender or agent. We’ll confirm availability and the fee for the paid WDI inspection with an NPMA-33 report. Tell us about locked rooms or inaccessible areas when arranging the appointment.
Can a tenant contact Orange Mango first?
Yes. Tell us the property address, affected rooms, and when you first noticed activity. Include the owner or manager’s contact when possible so we can coordinate authorization, access, and preparation. For a shared rental, identify the person who will communicate with the other occupants.
Do residential prices cover an entire apartment building?
No. Multifamily buildings, shared areas, and commercial properties receive separate proposals based on the property. Send a list of affected units and common areas, noting which are occupied or vacant. We’ll confirm the spaces included in the inspection and service proposal.
What if I need help inside the home?
Include indoor sightings and identify the affected rooms. Interior service is considered as needed within the agreed scope. Persistent cockroach activity or other specialty concerns may need a separate treatment and preparation plan.
How do I report activity after a scheduled visit?
Contact us with the date, location, and activity, noting whether it is the same concern or a new one. Recurring general pest plans include re-treatments for covered pests between visits. We explain any limits for a different pest, additional structure, or specialized service.
Start with your street address, where you’ve noticed activity, and how long it’s been happening. Mention pets, gates, or rooms that need special access.
