A local customer’s
experience

“Orange Mango did a great job at our house in Jefferson City. Super easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and we’ve had way fewer bugs since the service.”

Start with the spaces you use

The patio. The play area.
Your corner of the yard.

Tell us where mosquitoes interrupt your outdoor time and when activity is most noticeable. Those details help us inspect the right areas and define the service for your property.

Patios & outdoor seating

Point out the places you want to enjoy, from the back steps to the seating area. Mention the times you use them and whether activity is concentrated in one spot or spread across the yard.

Shade & planting beds

We assess suitable shaded resting areas and vegetation around the spaces you report. Tell us about dense planting, limited access, and any recent landscaping changes.

Water-holding containers

Buckets, toys, plant saucers, and folded tarps can collect water that some mosquitoes use for breeding. Note persistent water sources and whether they are on your property or neighboring land.

How mosquito service works

Look at the habitat.
Plan around your yard.

Seasonal mosquito control combines appropriate outdoor treatments with breeding-site recommendations. Your inspection establishes which spaces belong in the proposal and what you can do between visits.

Weather and mosquitoes moving in from surrounding areas can affect results. We explain the scope and follow-up without promising a mosquito-free yard.

Inspect the outdoor areas

We review where and when activity is strongest, assess shaded resting areas and vegetation, and look at standing-water sources. Property boundaries and access help define the proposed treatment area.

Explain treatment & preparation

We discuss targeted seasonal applications, areas to be covered, and ways to reduce breeding sites. You receive the preparation and use-after-treatment instructions for the selected application.

Set the seasonal schedule

Confirm the operating season, visit frequency, weather arrangements, and follow-up in your proposal. Mosquito visits follow their own schedule, separate from general pest service every two months.

Before and between visits

Small water sources.
Useful places to start.

Reducing water-holding containers complements professional service. Keep track of activity and report new water sources or changes to the yard so we can discuss the next step.

Planning time outside?

Tell us about pets, play areas, and planned outdoor use before service. Follow the instructions provided for when people and pets can return to treated areas; the timing depends on the selected application.

Learn more about breeding sites in the EPA’s mosquito habitat guidance.

  • Empty containers that collect rainwater.Check accessible buckets, plant saucers, toys, and covers. Put away unused items that keep collecting water.
  • Keep drainage working.Arrange safe gutter or drainage maintenance where needed. Tell us about persistent standing water that you cannot readily address.
  • Explain access and yard conditions.Mention locked gates, pets, ponds, and the outdoor spaces you use. Ask about preparation before moving items or changing access around planned treatment areas.
  • Report continuing activity.Note where mosquitoes remain, when you notice them, and what has changed since the visit. Follow-up depends on your agreed service scope.

Mosquito control questions

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What does a mosquito inspection involve?

We assess shaded resting areas, vegetation and standing-water sources. Targeted seasonal treatments are paired with recommendations for reducing breeding sites. Tell us which outdoor spaces you use and where activity is most noticeable.

Are mosquito treatments included in Core or Plus?

No. Mango Max adds seasonal mosquito service to Plus; Core and Plus do not include it. The proposal confirms the treatment areas and seasonal schedule. Mosquito visits follow their own schedule, separate from general pest visits every two months.

How much does mosquito control cost?

Mango Max starts at $109 per month for qualifying homes and includes seasonal mosquito service, household-pest protection, and termite baiting and monitoring. Final pricing and initial service charges are confirmed after inspection. If you want mosquito service separately, request a property-specific quote; the Mango Max price is not a standalone mosquito-treatment price.

How often will mosquito visits happen?

The schedule is established for your seasonal service. Monthly plan billing and general pest visits every two months do not define the mosquito schedule. Confirm the operating season, frequency, and weather-related scheduling arrangements in your proposal.

When can children and pets use the yard after treatment?

Follow the instructions provided for the selected application, including when treated areas can be used again. We explain preparation and return-to-area instructions before service. Tell us about pets, play areas, and planned outdoor activities when scheduling.

What if mosquitoes return after treatment?

Tell us where activity continues and whether water sources or yard conditions have changed. Follow-up depends on your agreed service scope. Weather and mosquitoes moving from surrounding areas can affect results; treatment does not guarantee a mosquito-free yard.

Does mosquito service also cover ticks or wasp nests?

Mosquito coverage does not automatically include tick treatment or stinging-insect work. Report those concerns separately so we can confirm the appropriate service and any separate proposal. Explore our flea and tick service or wasp and hornet service for the next step.
