How much does Mango Max cost?
Mango Max starts at $109 per month for qualifying homes. Inspection confirms the final recurring price, initial service charges, covered pests, included structures and outdoor areas, and service terms. The advertised monthly price is not a quote for every property or the initial service charge.
What does Mango Max add to Mango Plus?
Max includes the household pest protection, termite baiting and monitoring, and interior and exterior rodent baiting in Plus. It adds seasonal mosquito service, with targeted outdoor treatments and recommendations for reducing breeding sites.
Are all Mango Max services performed on the same schedule?
No. Max is billed monthly, with general pest service every two months. Termite monitoring and seasonal mosquito treatments follow the schedules established for those services. We explain which work is included in each type of visit before you enroll.
Will mosquito treatments eliminate every mosquito?
No. Weather, water sources, and mosquitoes moving in from surrounding areas can affect activity. Seasonal service targets appropriate resting areas and works alongside practical steps to reduce breeding sites. We explain what to expect without promising a mosquito-free yard.
What should I tell you about children, pets, or yard use?
Tell us about pets, play areas, planned outdoor activities, and access arrangements before service. We explain preparation and when treated areas can be used again based on the actual products and application. Follow the specific instructions provided for your visit.
Does Mango Max include rodent baiting indoors?
Yes. Mango Core, Mango Plus, and Mango Max all include interior and exterior rodent baiting. We inspect reported activity and discuss placement. Trapping, removal, exclusion, and repairs are not included in baiting coverage.
Does Max cover every pest and building on my property?
No. Fleas, ticks, specialty infestations, detached buildings, and other requests need to be discussed during inspection. Your proposal identifies the included pests and areas. Structural repairs and a termite damage warranty should not be assumed; real-estate WDI inspections and NPMA-33 reports are separate paid services.
