What happens during a commercial pest evaluation?
We walk through the relevant areas, discuss pest activity and building use, and review access, operating hours and documentation needs. The proposal identifies covered pests and spaces, treatment, visit schedules, follow-up and pricing for your property.
What should a property manager prepare before the inspection?
Collect sightings by unit or room and date, identify affected shared spaces, and arrange access with the responsible contact. Tell us who can authorize service, receive preparation instructions and coordinate with residents. Include any turnover deadlines or required service records.
Can my business use a residential Mango price?
Commercial scope and pricing are established after evaluation. Residential starting prices should not be applied to an entire business or apartment complex without a property-specific proposal.
Can you work around occupied areas?
Discuss occupancy and operating hours when booking. Scheduling and preparation depend on the intended work; availability outside normal hours should be confirmed rather than assumed.
What service records can my business receive?
Tell us what ownership, management, or an outside reviewer requires before agreeing to service. We confirm which findings, service information, and follow-up recommendations are included in your proposal. Any particular reporting format or review requirement should be discussed in advance.
Is commercial rodent service available indoors?
Yes. Orange Mango offers interior and exterior rodent baiting, with placement and monitoring defined in the commercial proposal. Report activity by room, unit, or exterior area. Trapping, removal, exclusion, and repairs are not included.
How do I request a proposal?
Request a commercial pest-control proposal with the facility type, property address, pest concern and responsible contact. We will discuss the inspection and next steps.
