An Orange Mango pest inspection starts with your observations, follows the accessible evidence at the property and ends with a discussion of the findings and recommended scope. You do not need to identify the pest or choose a plan before contacting us.
General pest and suspected-termite evaluations are free. A real-estate WDI inspection or NPMA-33 report is a separate paid service. Tell us if a purchase, sale or reporting requirement is involved so we arrange the right inspection.
What happens during the visit?
- Discuss the concern. Show us where activity occurs and when it began. Mention indoor rooms, exterior areas and separate buildings.
- Inspect accessible areas. We look at the relevant evidence and conditions, and explain any limits caused by access or concealed spaces.
- Explain the findings. We discuss the pest concern, treatment options and any maintenance needs.
- Review the proposed service. Confirm the included pests and structures, initial and recurring charges, preparation and follow-up before choosing.
What should you prepare?
Keep a short record of sightings by room, location and date. A photo taken safely can help. Do not disturb a nest or handle an unfamiliar pest to collect evidence.
Tell us about known leaks, recent repairs, landscaping and previous products or treatments. If a detached garage or shed is involved, identify it separately. Arrange gates, pets and the person who can authorize access; ask which spaces need to be cleared rather than moving every item in advance.
For rentals and businesses, identify the affected units or areas and who should receive the findings. Our commercial service page explains the coordination process.
How does TriBand fit the inspection?
The TriBand Protection System organizes exterior household-pest attention around the foundation, windows and doors, and accessible eaves and soffits. Findings, surfaces, product directions and conditions guide the work at your home. Interior service is available when needed.
Termite baiting and monitoring is a separate service component. Every Mango plan includes interior and exterior rodent baiting, while trapping, removal, exclusion and repairs are not included.
What should you ask before choosing a plan?
- Which pests, buildings and treatment areas does this proposal include?
- What is the initial charge and the recurring price?
- Which preparation and re-entry instructions apply to this service?
- What follow-up is included, and how should I report returning activity?
- Does a specialty infestation or additional structure require a separate quote?
Core, Plus and Max are billed monthly, with general pest visits every two months. Termite monitoring and mosquito service follow their own agreed schedules. A starting monthly price is not a complete first-visit quote.
What happens after the inspection?
Keep the recommendation and preparation instructions available to everyone coordinating access. Use the between-visits checklist for ongoing household habits and updates to share. If a gap or damaged screen is involved, our repair-or-inspection guide explains how maintenance and pest service can work together.
